Susanna Grantham Stuckey
Obituary – 23 December 1893 – Martinsburg Independent
Died of Cancer – Mrs. Susan Stuckey, died at 5 o’clock Saturday morning, at her
home near the Almshouse, of cancer, at the advanced age of 69 years. Her funeral
took place on Monday morning, at the Tuscarora Church. Rev. F. M. Woods
conducted the services. Mrs. Stuckey was a most excellent Christian woman, kind
neighbor and true friend. She was a daughter of the late H. Lewis Grantham, and
mother of Mrs. Smith D. Stuckey, Mrs. H. T Cushwa and Mrs. Taylor Catro and a
son living in Kansas.
