Berkeley Springs, W.Va. – Danny Landon Spitzer, 70, of Berkeley Springs, died
Tuesday Aug. 17, 2004, in Rushtown, Ohio.
Born Oct. 3, 1933, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of the late
Benjamin Franklin and Emma Armentrout Spitzer.
He attended school in Berkeley Springs.
He was a clerk at Wal-Mart.
He served in the U. S. Army
He was a member of Tuscarora Presbyterian Church in Martinsburg, W.Va.
He is survived by one sister, Mary Cushwa of Martinsburg, two brothers, Bobby
Spitzer and Bill Spitzer, both of Berkeley Springs and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Dixie Warner, Patty Kief and Frances
Spitzer; and eight brothers, Sam Spitzer, Homer Spitzer, John Spitzer, Kingsley
Spitzer, Roy Spitzer, Ben Spitzer, Marshall Spitzer and Max Spitzer.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Tuscarora Presbyterian
Church. The Rev. Clark Raynal will officiate. Burial will be in Tuscarora
Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
