Fellowship

Come to Tuscarora Presbyterian Church and you will find that there are no strangers here. Getting together to worship, chat, eat, sing, celebrate and share all these things comprise fellowship, an integral part of our church family at Tuscarora. We find reason to gather not only with other members of our church, but also with friends in the community. At Tuscarora, all are welcome. We find many occasions to socialize with good food and entertainment, often provided by our own talented members. Once a month, we hold coffee socials following the church service. We also celebrate special occasions and holidays at events such as our annual community Thanksgiving dinner, our annual Homecoming picnic, where members past and present gather for the weekend, and our annual breakfast immediately following Easter Sunrise Service. A variety of activities covering a wide range of interests takes place at Tuscarora. Especially popular are hymn sings, when we come together to sing our favorite songs and share our favorite dishes. Bicycling, hiking, bowling and theater excursions are scheduled for our younger members and for those young at heart. Christmas caroling to shut-ins is a rewarding activity enjoyed by both carolers and their audiences.
